Domain Publisher.

Simply list your domain name, at RentsDomain.com marketplace, free of charge. Your domain will be stated as available for rent and /or for sale. If your domain will get sold, we will state the domain's status as SOLD and the domain will be removed. If your domain will rent, the domain's status change as RENTED with the date of contract expiration and the domain name will hang on the site, until the contract will expire and the domain will be available for rent or sale once again. If your domain will get sold at any other marketplace, or your domain will expire, or you decide not to offer your domain anymore, you are responsible to cancel your listing immediately.
When we will receive a request from a customer, interested to rent your domain, we will contact you and verify if the domain is still available ( because most domain owners list their domain names at another marketplaces). As soon as we will receive your verification, we'll send a contract to the customer and to you as well. After the contract is signed by both parties, we'll ask the customer to make a deposit payment, 10% of an annual rent. After we recieve the deposit payment, we'll ask you to change a name serves to the customer hosting provider. After name servers are changed, customer will send you the rent payment, less of the 10% deposit of an annual rent, which is our commission fee .
Once your domain will sell thru RentsDomain.com, we'll verify if the domain is still available, then we'll ask the buyer for a deposit, which is 10% of the total sales price as our commission. After deposit is received, the domain name's status change to RESERVED and we will ask you to transfer your domain to a selected Escrow provider and ask the buyer to pay the rest of the buying price to the selected Escrow company. Once payment and domain reach the escrow company, they will finish the transfer and you will receive your money from the escrow company, less of the 10% deposit, which is ourcommission.
NOTE: Seller is responsible for an escrow fees, unless is not stated otherwise, and out commission does NOT include the escrow fee! Seller is responsible to renew a domain name for the entire existence of a rental contract!

Domain Tenant / Buyer.

If you are interested to rent a domain name, just simply click on a selected domain name in the search result and you will see the detailed information board of the domain. Read carefully the details of the domain name to find out every possible information.
Click on the "Rent Now" icon, and fill up the form. Once your form is received, we will prepare a rental contract and we'll send it to you as well as to the domain name Owner. As soon as we'll receive all signed contracts, you are notified to make a 10% deposit payment of the annual rent. After we'll reach your deposit, the domain owner will narrow the domain's name servers to your selected hosting provider. After the domain is available to your service, you are responsible to make the rest of the payment for the first annual period, (less of the 10% deposit) to the domain Owner.
While you are a domain name buyer, you may select to buy the domain instantly and make a full payment throught PayPal, or click the "buy Request" icon to ask for an escrow transaction. When you request for an independent escrow company, you will be asked to reserve your domain and pay deposit 10% of the total sales price. Once your deposit is paid, the domain owner will transfer the domain to an escrow company, and you must pay the rest of the sales price (less of 10% deposit) to the escrow company. Then you will receive your new domain name.
